Donecle Raises €10 Million to Scale Up Drone and AI-Based Aviation Inspection

Led jointly by IRDI Capital Investissement and SWEN Capital Partners, with the participation of GSO Innovation and ARIS Occitanie, this funding round marks a key milestone to accelerate our international expansion, particularly in Europe and the United States, and strengthen our position as a pioneer in automation solutions for aircraft maintenance. 

Since 2015, we have been developing a patented solution combining autonomous drones, high-resolution imaging, and advanced artificial intelligence to automate inspections that are still largely manual making them up to 10x faster while improving safety, reliability, and traceability.

Beyond inspection, we are building a software platform that transforms collected data into actionable insights, designed to integrate with MRO systems and support the shift toward more predictive maintenance.

With over 40 operational drones deployed in more than 15 countries, our solution is approved by leading authorities and manufacturers, and used by major players in commercial and military aviation.

This funding will enable us to accelerate our growth, strengthen our teams, continue investing in artificial intelligence, and develop new strategic partnerships to further transform aircraft inspection.
